Creuilly Castle (4km from Crépon)
Besides its initial role as a fortress, this castle, a pearl of the Renaissance erected in the 11th and 12th centuries, played an important role during the 1944 landings, as war correspondents had set up their headquarters in the magnificent square tower.
This event is now commemorated with the creation of a museum dedicated to radio equipment. Open in July and August. Visits Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
