Ideal for a family of 3 to 4 people or for a couple wanting 2 separate rooms for sleeping
This cottage is not suitable for 2 couples because you have to go through a first room to access the bedroom
Access to the cottage is via an external stone staircase and a very large shared garden
The Le Poirier gîte consists of:
A large living room laid out as follows:
-1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), crockery…) open to a dining area, 1 living room, a sleeping area (1 double bed of 180×200 or possibility of 2 separate beds of 90×200 on request) with its bathroom (shower and separate toilet)
and the second room:
is a room accessed from the main room, equipped with a double bed of 180×200 or 2 beds of 90×200 with its private bathroom (shower and separate toilet)
- Television and free Wi-Fi
- Hair dryers and towel dryers
Linen is provided: beds (duvets, sheets, pillowcases), bathroom (towels and bath mat), kitchen (tea towels)
At la Grande Ferme, animals are not accepted except in the "Le Cerisier" and "Le Poirier" cottages with a supplement of €10 per day.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL
– Handover of keys on the day of your arrival:
Please present yourself at the Reception of our Hotel Manoir de Mathan – 9 route de Bayeux 14480 Crépon.
– Your cottage is available from 5:00 PM
– This time may be earlier if the cottage was not occupied the previous day or if it is available earlier on the day of your arrival. To find out, please call 02.31.21.38.66 around 7 pm the day before your arrival.
– For arrivals after 7pm, please let us know. We will then make sure you have the keys and all the necessary information.
A LA RESERVATION, NOUS DEMANDONS UN ACOMPTE DE 30% SOIT PAR VIREMENT , OU PAR CARTE BANCAIRE
The balance of your stay will be due upon arrival. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), cash, bank check, or bank transfer. We do not accept American Express.
– Linen provided: Beds (duvets, sheets, pillowcases), bathroom (towels and bath mat), kitchen (tea towels)
–For cottages with separate kitchens, cleaning is not done daily; by contacting reception you can request that your towels be changed regularly.
– It is also possible to arrange occasional cleaning of your cottage (changing sheets, towels and cleaning…) for an additional €30 per cottage and per visit.
-To help us organize our schedules, we ask that you make your request the day before our chambermaid's visit.
-The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and various dishes. Condiments are not provided.
-Possibility of 2 separate beds and baby cot available on request before your arrival.
-A parking space in the inner courtyard is available at no extra charge.
For everyone's comfort, we ask that you smoke outside and not inside the cottages
THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE
– You have the cottage until 11 a.m.
– For an earlier departure, please inform us the day before at the reception of the Manoir de Mathan
On the day of your departure, we would be grateful if you could help us, please:
- Leave dirty laundry at the entrance of your cottage (bed linen: covers, sheets and white pillowcases, towels, tea towels…).
- take the rubbish outside
- Empty and turn off the refrigerator
- empty the dishwasher
- wash the dishes
