Ideal for a family of 3 to 4 people or for a couple wishing 2 separate rooms to sleep
This cottage is not suitable for 2 couples because you have to cross a 1st room to access the room
Access to the cottage is by an external stone staircase and very large common garden
The Le Poirier cottage consists:
From a large living room distributed as follows:
-1 fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), dishes, etc.) open to a dining area, 1 living room, a sleeping area (1 double bed of 180 × 200 or possibility of 2 separate 90 × 200 beds on request) with its bathroom (shower and separate toilets)
and the second piece:
is a room whose access is by the main room, equipped with a double bed of 180 × 200 or 2 beds of 90 × 200 with its private bathroom (shower and separate toilets)
- Free television and wifi
- Hair and dry towel dryer
Household linen is provided: beds (duvets, sheets, pillowcases), bathroom (towels and bath mats), kitchen (tea towels)
At the large farm, animals are not accepted except in the "Cherry" and "pear tree" lodges with an additional € 10 per day.

Practical information
The day of your arrival
- Keying of keys on the day of your arrival:
Please introduce yourself to the reception of our Mathan Manoir hotel - 9 route de Bayeux 14480 Crépon.
- Your cottage is available from 5:00 p.m.
- This schedule can be anticipated if the cottage has not been occupied the day before or if it is available earlier on the day of your arrival. To find out, call 02.31.21.38.66 around 7 p.m. the day before your arrival.
- For an arrival after 7 p.m., please warn us. We will do what is necessary to leave you the necessary keys and information.
- The balance of your stay will be paid upon arrival. Payment possible, by bank card (visa or mastercard), species, bank check or transfer. We do not take the American Express.
- Linen provided: beds (duvets, sheets, pillowcases) bathroom (towels and bath mats) kitchen (tea towels)
- For lodges with independent kitchen, cleaning is not done daily, by contacting the reception you can request the renewal of your towels regularly.
- It is also possible to punctually provide the cleaning of your cottage (change of sheets, towels and cleaning, etc.) for an additional € 30 per cottage and per passage.
-To facilitate the organization of our schedules, we thank you for making the request the day before before the passage of our maid.
-The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), kettle, grid-bread, various dishes. The condiments are not provided.
-Possibility of 2 separate beds and baby bed available on request before your arrival.
-A parking space in the interior courtyard is available at no additional cost.
For everyone's comfort, we ask you to smoke outdoors and not inside the cottages
The day of your departure
- You have the cottage until 11 a.m.
- For a departure earlier, please warn us the day before at the reception of the Mathan manor
On the day of your departure, we would be grateful to help us please:
- Place the dirty linen at the entrance to your cottage (bed linen: covers, sheets and white pillowcases, towels, tea towels, etc.).
- Take the trash out
- Empty and turn off the fridge
