Entry is through the main gate of the "Manor House"

– The living area: fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter), crockery, etc.) opening onto the dining area and lounge with direct access to the terrace and garden
– Large spiral stone staircase providing access to the bedrooms

- One triple bedroom of approximately 35m² with a view of the courtyard on one side and the garden on the other, comprising a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm), or the possibility of three separate single beds (90x200cm) upon request
- One private bathroom with bathtub
- Toilet (not separate)
ON THE 2ND FLOOR
Access via the spiral staircase
- 1 double bedroom under the eaves, overlooking the courtyard, furnished with a king-size bed (180x200cm) or the option of two single beds (90x200cm) upon request
- 1 private bathroom with bathtub and shower
- Separate toilet
Caution for allergy sufferers: the wooden floor in both bedrooms is covered with carpet
- Television, Free Wi-Fi
- Hair dryer and towel dryer
Linen is provided: beds (duvets, sheets, pillowcases), bathroom (towels and bath mat), kitchen (tea towels)
Animals are not allowed at la Grande Ferme.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL
– Key collection on your arrival day:
Please check in at the Reception of our Hotel Manoir de Mathan – 9 route de Bayeux 14480 Crépon.
– Your cottage is available from 5:00 PM.
– This time may be earlier if the cottage was not occupied the previous day or if it is available earlier on your arrival day. To find out, please call +33 2 31 21 38 66 around 7:00 PM the day before your arrival.
– For arrivals after 7:00 PM, please let us know. We will then make the necessary arrangements to give you the keys and the required information.
- Upon booking, we require a 30% deposit, payable by bank transfer or credit card
. The balance of your stay is due upon arrival. Payment options include credit card (Visa or Mastercard), cash, bank check, or bank transfer. We do not accept American Express.
Linens are provided: beds (duvets, sheets, pillowcases), bathroom (towels and bath mat), and kitchen (dish towels).
For cottages with separate kitchens, daily cleaning is not included. You can request regular towel changes by contacting reception.
Occasional cleaning of your cottage (sheet and towel changes, and general cleaning) is also available for an additional €30 per cottage per cleaning.
To help us plan our schedule, please request this service the day before your scheduled cleaning.
-The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and various dishes. Condiments are not provided.
-Two separate beds and a baby cot are available upon request before your arrival.
-A parking space in the courtyard is available at no extra charge.
For everyone's comfort, we ask that you smoke outside and not inside the cottages
THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE
– You have the cottage until 11 a.m.
– For an earlier departure, please inform us the day before at the reception of the Manoir de Mathan
On the day of your departure, we would be grateful if you could help us, please:
- Leave dirty laundry at the entrance of your cottage (bed linen: covers, sheets and white pillowcases, towels, tea towels…).
- take the rubbish outside
- Empty and turn off the refrigerator
- empty the dishwasher
- wash the dishes
